REVOLUTION STAGE COMPANY

The REVOLUTION STAGE COMPANY in Palm Springs is now accepting submissions for its THIRD Annual Ten-Minute Play Festival to be held January 10th & 11th, 2026. If your play is accepted for this festival, it must arrive at the theater production-ready. You are responsible for all casting, rehearsing, etc. prior to bringing it to our stage.

Deadline for submission of your original plays is Sunday, October 26th, 2025.

1. Playwrights may submit more than one play (up to three)
2.All plays must run 10 minutes when staged (+ or - one minute)
3. All plays must be original and not yet performed in the Palm Springs area.
4. All plays must be suitable for a general audience.
5. All plays should have no more than 5 characters, with limited props and/or costumes.
6. You will need to be able to provide, set-up and remove all props within two minutes.
7. All plays should have no special tech requirements.
8. Once accepted, there can be no changes that would alter the nature of the play.
9. No scripts on stage except in the case of last minute emergencies

10. No fee required for submissions. Audience ticket admissions collected for the festival will be split 50/50 between each selected play and RSC.

Submissions must be received by October 26th, 2025 in doc or .pdf format with pages numbered. The author's name should be left off of any pages of the script so that we can evaluate anonymously. The author's name, as well as complete contact information, should appear only on the title page (which will be removed from the script before distribution to the judges).

We will be making our decisions between Oct. 27th and Nov. 9th, and notifying playwrights by Nov 11th.
